ORDER: Shipments are sent on the same day if received before 2:00PM Pacific Standard Time, or the following business day if received after. Back orders will be shipped as soon as available. Please notify us before it's sent out if you wish to cancel  orders.

 

PAYMENT: We accept payments by credit cards (VISA, MasterCard), money order, certified check, wire transfers, and Letter of Credit. Payments must be received before shipping orders.

 

SHIPPING COSTS: If you wish to know the total cost before you purchase, first select the item(s), click ADD TO CART and then CHECK OUT. Enter your physical address, choose UPS or USPS in order to find out different shipping options and costs. Otherwise, proceed to submit your order.

SHIPPING: We ship worldwide! Items may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or common carriers at customer's request to help save shipping costs. Items shipped to the State of California are subject to its current sales tax. 

 

Normally, it takes 5 business days for orders to arrive on the east coast of the United States, 2-3 on the west coast, and in between for the other areas. Expeditated services are available at the purchaser's own expenses.

 

Please allow up to 5 days for international express delivery and up to 10 for priority delivery.

 

It is absolutely essential that the mailing address be correct. Even minor errors such as suite or apartment numbers may incur an additional charge. Please double check before submitting! The USPS does add almost $14.00 to the corrections charge, and we will regretfully charge you accordingly.

WARRANTY: We provide most products with limited warranty. This does not cover damages from mishandling, inadequate or over usage, misplacements, or alterations done by a third party. Please check products for details.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE: All returns and exchanges must be kept in new, pristine condition and must be arranged by notification prior to return. We will refund the original purchase price, minus 15% restocking fee and the actual shipping costs.

 

NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE ONCE OPENED, e.g. creams, small bags of herbs, etc.

DAMAGE AND LOSS CLAIM: Please contact us in case of any damage or loss of merchandise at the time of delivery. Do not discard the original box(es) from any damaged or loss of shipments. In the mean time, please file your claim with UPS or other common carriers.
